This Privacy Policy explains how E. Jaz Pinca, REALTOR® (DRE #01832110), operating as EJPIV.COM ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.ejpiv.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
Information You Give Us
When you fill out a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- For a home valuation: your property address, property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and when you plan to sell
- For a home search: your price range, preferred neighborhoods, property type, bedrooms, move timeline, financing status and must-haves
- Any message or notes you write to us
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website or search that brought you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region). It also records when a form is submitted, without the contents of the form. This information helps us improve the Site and is reported to us in aggregate.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How We Use Your Information

- To prepare a home valuation or send you properties that match what you're looking for

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run the Site: Formspree (delivers form submissions to us), Google Analytics (Site statistics) and GoDaddy (website hosting). They may use the information only to provide their services.
- People involved in your transaction, such as a brokerage, lender, escrow or title company, but only when needed for services you've asked us to provide.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and Your Choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Do Not Track: the Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them. Using the opt-out tools above is the most reliable way to limit analytics.
Communications
If you submit a form, we'll contact you about your inquiry using the details you provided. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will honor your request.
Keeping Your Information Safe
The Site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are sent securely to our form provider. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by real estate recordkeeping rules. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your Rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to any legal requirement to keep certain records. California residents may have additional rights under California law. To make a request, contact us using the form on our Bio & Contact page and select "Something else." We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Other Websites
The Site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
